Pasta from Gragnano served al dente, handmade Slow Food Presidium fusilli, tajarin, agnolotti. Choose every day from three different fresh sauces with vegetables, fish or meat.   From a mixed sampler to a vertical tasting of knife-cut prosciutto, sliced or cut on demand. Every day a vast choice of plates paired with selected wines.
 
Two wood-burning ovens with rotating plates. Authentic Neapolitan pizza with tomatoes from Campania and fior-di-latte mozzarella from Agerola. True focaccia from Genoa and Recco. Pair with a refreshing unpasteurized beer on tap.   True gelato: made with fresh milk and fruit, blended according to artisanal traditions.
 
Hearty salads, soups and flans made with the finest seasonal vegetables. And Eataly’s Russian salad, for true connoisseurs of the genre.
